Thanks to Comcast’s Xfinity X1 and Fandango, you can now buy tickets for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom just by talking into your remote.

Picture this: it’s Monday night and there is nothing on television except for reality shows and repeats of American Ninja Warrior. So you decide to watch the original Jurassic Park for the millionth time since Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will be arriving in theaters on June 22.

Before you know it, you’ve spent the last three days rewatching all three Jurassic Park movies as well as the first Jurassic World. Because let’s be honest with ourselves here: dinosaurs are incredibly cool.

Once the credits roll on Jurassic World, you figure you might as well watch the trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom again because watching it 32 times online just wasn’t enough.

And that’s when it dawns on you. You think to yourself “Man, I better get off the couch and get tickets before they’re all gone. No way I’m not going to see this movie on opening night.”

But your phone is in the other room and the thought of actually having to get off this incredibly comfy couch to get it fills you with dread.

Well, thanks to Comcast’s Xfinity X1 and Fandango, you now don’t have to.

Announced last week, Xfinity X1 customers can now simply say “Get tickets” into their X1 voice remote while watching the trailer for Fallen Kingdom and all the information you will need to get tickets will appear right on your television screen.

You will be able to search more than 30,000 movie screen nationwide to find a theater near you and even be able to buy tickets. All without having to get up off the couch.

What an amazing time to be alive.

According to Nancy Spears, Vice President, Strategy and Execution, Comcast, this is just another way for viewers to be able to interact with what they are watching on their television.

“Fandango is the perfect partner to help us give customers a fun, easy way to go right from watching TV at home to enjoying the newest releases in the movie theater. Xfinity X1 enables us to continually explore one-of-a-kind experiences that complement the TV viewing experience, allowing viewers to interact with content where and when it is convenient for them. We’re launching this experience starting with Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in conjunction with the film’s trailer and look forward to further enhancing additional movie titles with this functionality throughout the year.”

As if that wasn’t enough, prior to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom arriving in theaters and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the movie that started it all Jurassic Park, Xfinity X1 users will be able catch up on the entire franchise. Thanks to a new curated destination on X1 customers will be able to buy or rent all the films in the series as well as watch trailers, clips, behind the scenes featurettes and more.
